Day - Of TEAM CAPTAIN Instructions:

You can collect all your team?s money and then turn it all in together or your walkers can turn it in when they check-in for the walk. NEW: all of your walkers registered online need to check-in at PRE-REGISTRATION.

 

If You Are Collecting Your Team?s Money:

Prepare your TEAM ENVELOPE by doing the following:

  • All money must be counted. So when a walker turns in their money to you, make sure they count it, write their name and total on the outside of their WALKER ENVELOPE, and seal.
  • Place their envelope in the TEAM ENVELOPE or have them take it to registration when they check-in
  • Write the walker?s name on the TEAM ENVELOPE and the total they are turning in in the DAY OF $ column. So the only thing recorded on the outside of the TEAM ENVELOPE is any money being turned in that day. All money that was done online or turned in prior to the walk is already calculated at the registration area.

What To Do Now?

  1. NEW THIS YEAR - everyone who is on your team via your walk website as of Friday morning at 9 am will need to check in at the PRE-REGISTRATION, including yourself.  All others check-in at DAY-OF REGISTRATION.
  2. Make sure if you have walkers who were not pre-registered and they register at Day-Of, they need to include your TEAM NAME on their registration form for them to be counted towards your team totals.
  3. Your walkers will checkin, turn in any additional money for your team, pick up walk shirt tickets if they raised $100 and haven't received them, and receive their arthritis hats/pins (only for those with arthritis).  You as the team captain will do the same. 

No need to wait for your team to arrive this year, they will all check-in so go and enjoy the event!

A few tips and reminders for the when you arrive the morning of the Arthritis Walk!

 

 

Fundraising: There is still time!

  • Do your part and raise $100! Think about it? Do you know 10 friends? Of course, ask your 10 friends to donation $10. You just raised $100 to fight arthritis pain! Remember every dollar helps! 
  • Receive an Arthritis Walk shirt when you raise $100.
  • Set your sights high on other great prizes. Visit the incentive page for more details.

Need to Register?  

  • Register before FRIDAY, September 11th at 9:00am to make your Arthritis Walk morning quick and easy.
  • Unable to register by Friday, no problem, register at the DAY OF station Saturday morning. You can even join a team when you register too.
  • If you have collected donations please have the money counted and in an envelope for when you register.

Already Registered?

  • NEW THIS YEAR!!!  If you are pre-registered with a team or as an individual you will need to check-in at the PRE-REGISTRATION area.  No checking in with your team captains this year. 
  • If you are turning-in additional donations, please have your donations counted and in an envelope when you check-in.
